Workers
The Workers hub is where you manage people, not their to-do lists. It’s your full roster across every Company, with sub-tabs for growing and quality-checking your team: hire and inspect workers, train them in the Academy, bench-test them, and watch how they’re performing right now.
How to get here
Click 👥 Workers in the sidebar. The screen opens on whichever sub-tab you last used (the Workers roster by default).
👥 Workers (the roster)
The default tab: every persona you’ve created, across all Companies, with their profiles, levels, and quick options. Click a worker to open their profile.
🎓 Academy (training)
Train workers on company or domain knowledge. Completing a track awards a graduation badge tied to a version, so you can see what a worker has been brought up to speed on — and re-train them when the material changes.
🧪 Testing (quality-check)
Bench a worker to check its knowledge and tool use, via a mix of free-form chat and a set of automated rubric probes. Use it before you trust a worker with real, unattended work.
📊 Operating (live performance)
The live dashboard for the workforce: what’s running, recent tasks, throughput, and cost. The “is my team actually getting things done?” view.
In practice
Bench a worker before you trust it with unattended work. 🧪 Testing exists for the gap between “this worker answered well in chat while I watched” and “this worker will handle it correctly at 3am with nobody reading the output.” A rubric run costs a few minutes and tells you which of those you have.
🎓 Academy earns its keep when your material changes. Because certifications are tied to a version, you can see what a worker was brought up to speed on — and know to re-train it after the brand guide or the product spec is rewritten. Without that marker, a worker confidently applying last quarter’s rules looks identical to one applying this quarter’s.
📊 Operating answers “is the team actually producing?” Throughput and cost side by side is the honest view. A roster of twelve workers where two do all the work is a common outcome and worth knowing about — you can retire the rest or find them real jobs.
Tasks aren’t here. This hub is about the people. The kanban board lives under Company → ✅ Tasks; if you came looking for cards to drag, open the Company profile instead.
