Achievements
Achievements is the trophy case. As you build and run your workforce, askTheodor unlocks badges for milestones — your first worker, your first Plan, a Company that hits a goal, and many more. It’s a light, optional layer of fun that also doubles as a checklist of what the app can do.
When you unlock one, a small toast pops up; this tab is where you browse the whole collection.
The header
The top shows your progress: how many achievements you’ve unlocked out of the total, and a percent complete. The count is of distinct badges, so a badge that can be earned per worker or per company still counts once toward the total.
Filters
- Category pills — All plus one button per category, each with its own count. Click a category to show only its badges.
- Show locked — a checkbox (on by default). Leave it on to see badges you haven’t earned yet (dimmed, with their description visible so you know what to aim for); turn it off to show only what you’ve unlocked.
The badges
Each badge is a card with:
- An icon in a tier-colored ring — bronze, silver, gold, or platinum — that glows when unlocked.
- A title and description (the description stays visible even while locked, so it reads as a goal).
- A scope chip — 🌐 Workspace, 👤 Worker, or 🏢 Company — telling you whether the badge unlocks once for the whole install or per worker / per company. Worker- and company-scoped badges also show which worker or company earned them.
- For unlocked badges, the date you earned it.
Locked badges are dimmed; unlocked ones are full-color.
In practice
Read the locked badges as a feature tour. Every locked card keeps its description visible, so the dimmed half of this screen is effectively a list of things askTheodor does that you haven’t tried yet. If you’ve only ever used chat, scrolling the locked badges surfaces the Plans, routines and Library features faster than reading the manual front to back.
The scope chip tells you whether repeating counts. A 🌐 Workspace badge unlocks once for the whole install; 👤 Worker and 🏢 Company badges unlock per worker or per company. That’s why the same badge can appear again for a new worker while the “out of total” number in the header doesn’t move.
Nothing here changes behaviour. No badge unlocks a feature, lifts a limit, or alters what a worker can do. If gamification isn’t your thing, untick Show locked and ignore the tab — you lose nothing.
